This machine is designed for inserting wound coils & wedges or separators into the stator slots. This machine has a robust construction to minimize the occupying spare.
It only takes 10-15 minutes to complete tool changing. All mechanisms (except clamp arms) are adjusted. Automatically by AC motors when stack height adjustment requires. Wedge magazine index is driven by AC servo motor, too. At the same time, the push force of tripper can be set digitally by user.
