T his machine is microcomputer-controlled. Winding and stripping down of coils are performed simultaneously, providing a rapid work cycle. Since manual removal of coils is obviated, and operator can handle two to three of these machines and corresponding number of coil inserting machines at a time. The machines are compactly designed and permit easy maintenance. When stator specifications are changed, only the replacement of one coil former is required and this can be quickly accomplished. Besides, this machine also has following advantages :

Synchronized winding-stripping mechanism enables any number of
turns on only 15mm length of each step of the coil former to be obtained.
The transfer tool blade can be shortened.
Parallel winding is possible with no wire damage.(optional)
Concentric winding can be achieved for 3 pole, 4 pole, 6 pole
 or 8 pole. 2 pole especially can produce outstanding effect.
